The Owner of JAE came out and did some of the work himself -he then proceeded to do the whole area of damage and some of my lounge area– this was going above and beyond what he needed to do and was so kind in a very stressful situation and very professional . I have used JAE every time I have had an issue and commend them highly to anyone who needs carpets after water damage to be worked on.
